'SACRED ART' ARTIST
What is sacred art? Believe it or not, I picked up a paintbrush and started playing around in the beginning of the summer of 2017. It all began with an art journal. I did a lot of experimenting and found that I got a lot of enjoyment out of it.
I prayed to the Lord to help me bless my family financially. To guide me in a way that I know I should go. Can I tell you, HE opened doors. Doors I followed.
I began painting prolifically. I began to paint for my church. My family and friends. Then a local shop carried my paintings. And now, I have my own studio. THIS IS ALL GOD. HE HAS TAKEN MY HANDS.
Let the favor of the Lord our God be upon us, and establish the work of our hands upon us; yes, establish the work of our hands!
I developed a style that I feel represents me and my faith. I can only do my art because of the gift given to me by my Heavenly Father. And here I am.
I pray my art will inspire you.
I truly believe my hand is guided by my Lord and Savior. I listen to worship music when I am
creating and I get lost for hours in pure JOY. I feel like a kid who is pleasing her father.
I don't always have a plan, but I do love the end result.
